Associate Attorney – Litigation and Employment Law (5-7 years of experience)
We are seeking an associate attorney with five to seven years of experience and an interest in litigation and/or employment law to join our team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to work on meaningful client matters in a collaborative, supportive environment. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong research, writing, and communication skills. Experience with case management, law and motion practice, depositions, and/or trial work is a plus, and junior attorneys are encouraged to apply. A J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership are required.
We offer personalized mentorship, professional development support, and opportunities for community involvement. The salary range is $190,500-$212,500, with potential for annual bonuses if hours are exceeded. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, parental leave, unlimited paid time off, and 401(k).
Senior Litigation Attorney – Business and Employment Law (7-9 years of experience)
We are seeking an attorney with seven to nine years of experience to join our Employment Law and Litigation team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to work on meaningful, client-centered matters in a collaborative and collegial environment. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong research, writing, and communication skills. Experience with case management, law and motion practice, and depositions is a must. A J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership are required.
We offer personalized mentorship, professional development support, and a manageable billable hours requirement. The salary range is $212,500-$230,000, depending on experience, with potential for annual bonuses. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, parental leave, unlimited paid time off, and 401(k).
Corporate Legal Assistant (5+ years of experience)
We are seeking a legal assistant to support our Corporate Law team. This position focuses on transactional and corporate matters (non-litigation) and involves preparing, revising, and organizing corporate legal documents and correspondence. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities, communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, and proactively support attorneys in balancing a fast-paced corporate practice. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and time entry systems is required. A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.
We offer professional development support and a friendly, collaborative firm culture. The salary range is $62,000-$83,000, depending on experience, with potential for annual bonuses. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, parental leave, and 401(k).
