Erin Bodnar works in the employment and litigation practice groups.

Prior to Folsom Jackson, she worked as a civil litigator primarily in insurance defense defending public and private entities.

Erin graduated from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2020. During her time in law school, Erin was a law clerk at a civil litigation firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, and a legal intern at the Office of the San Diego City Attorney.

Erin attended the University of San Diego and received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2015.
